I would like to take this opportunity to let you know just how much of an impact your observations and advice have had on my business.  Without you I definitely would not have featured my own name in my business name,  I have lost count how many times this one little gem of advice has proved itself since I have put it in to place.  You have also been instrumental in dragging me into the twentieth century albeit kicking and screaming to use Email and to let the world see the type of work I do and the standards I like to achieve by setting up a website.  In the everyday hustle and bustle of running a business I would never have taken the time to identify the strengths and weaknesses of my business, I certainly did not take enough time to plan things and so obviously did not review them.  Since with your help and encouragement I have put these in to place we have excelled on many levels and also achieved the Investors in people standard of which we are very proud.  In this current downturn people may be inclined to think that they cannot afford advice, my advice to them would be that you can’t afford not to.
