Will is a vastly experienced independent consultant and business adviser with a reputation for understanding business needs, developing appropriate solutions and implementing those solutions, consistently and cost effectively.

He is passionate about small businesses and thrives in the Get work, Do it and Get paid for it environment they operate in.

Will has worked successfully across many sectors, but specialises in the construction industry, helping main contractors, sub-contractors, construction professionals and the supply chain improve the ways they manage their most valuable asset, their people.

Prior to his work as an independent consultant and business adviser, Will worked for the Manchester Construction Partnership, was a partner in a Management, Marketing and Sales training consultancy and also spent 21 successful years in the telecommunications industry.

He is a member of the Institute for Business Consulting, an  Associate of the Institute for |earning , a member of the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, is a nationally accredited Investor in People advisor and assessor and is also an accredited ISO 9001 internal auditor.

Will originates from Essex, but has lived in many parts of the UK, finally settling in the Stockport area with his wife, daughter and son in the early Nineties.

When not working, Will enjoys most sports, mainly from the arm chair these days and follows his boyhood club, Chelsea whenever possible. He is also a fan of the late Spike Milligan, which accounts for his style of humour!!
